What We Need From You
All we need is collaborator access to your Shopify store and for Tally to be installed on the store. From there, the Tally Team can help configure your products and selling flow.

Client responsibilities

- Pay separately for Shopify fees, domains, paid themes, paid apps, third-party subscriptions, or outside services if needed.
Not included unless agreed
- Professional photography or videography production.
- Custom software development outside supported Tally and Shopify theme capabilities.
- Ongoing store management after launch, ad management, social media management, or fulfillment labor.
- Unlimited revisions, unlimited pages, unlimited products, or work outside the approved setup scope.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Conditions
We stand behind the Builder Plan, but this is a custom setup and website service. Refund eligibility requires giving the Tally Team a real chance to fix the issue first.
Before a refund can be considered
- You must send a written issue list to the Tally Team explaining what is wrong, what outcome you expected, and what needs to be corrected.
- You must keep collaborator access active, keep Tally installed, and provide any missing content, product details, pricing rules, media, approvals, or decisions needed to complete the fix.
- For Tally Store Setup, Tally must be allowed to complete at least 2 revision rounds or a reasonable cure period after the written issue list is received.
- For Complete Website Buildout, Tally must be allowed to complete at least 5 revision rounds during the included one-year revision window or a reasonable cure period after the written issue list is received.
- A refund is not available if the delay or issue is caused by missing collaborator access, Tally not being installed, missing client-provided assets, delayed approvals, changed scope, third-party app/theme limitations, Shopify platform limitations, or a request that was not included in the agreed setup scope.
- Complete Website Buildout timelines are not the same as the standard 24-48 hour setup window. A reasonable timeline is typically 1-2 weeks for an MVP and 1-2 months for the entire build depending on project difficulty, scope, revisions, approvals, and client-provided content.
Full refund conditions
- Because this is custom work, a full refund requires that the customer stop using the delivered Tally-created work before the refund is processed.
- For a Complete Website Buildout refund, the Tally-created website work must be removed, unpublished, or deleted before refund processing. This includes Tally-created themes, pages, product layouts, collection layouts, copy, generated images, custom settings, automations, summaries, and other assets created as part of the buildout.
- The customer may keep their own pre-existing brand assets, product data, photos, domain, Shopify account, and content they provided to Tally.
- Tally may require temporary collaborator access to verify that Tally-created work and assets have been removed before issuing a refund.
- Refunds do not include third-party charges, Shopify fees, app fees billed by Shopify, domain purchases, paid themes, outside subscriptions, transaction fees, or any client-approved third-party expenses.
- Any Tally app credits already issued, applied, used, or consumed will be deducted from the refundable amount where allowed by applicable law and Shopify billing requirements.
Clear expectations
The guarantee is intended to protect customers when Tally is given access, complete information, and a fair chance to correct the work. It is not a way to keep custom setup work, website assets, strategy, layouts, copy, or configuration after requesting a refund.
This policy is disclosed before purchase and is intended to apply to custom services and custom digital work. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Important Credit Note
Included Tally credits are applied monthly toward eligible Tally app billing or usage until the credit balance runs out. App subscription and usage charges remain subject to Shopify's required billing flow where applicable.
