Tally was born from frustration—and a refusal to accept "that's just how it is."
As a print business owner, Matthew Parsons spent countless hours manually creating gang sheets, calculating prices, and explaining sizing to customers. Every order meant repetitive work: measuring images, arranging layouts, double-checking dimensions, and fielding endless questions about print sizes and pricing.
There had to be a better way.
Two Years of Sleepless Nights
What started as a simple idea to automate gang sheet creation became a two-year obsession. Matthew, as the sole developer, poured thousands of hours into building Tally from the ground up. Late nights turned into early mornings. Weekends disappeared into code reviews and feature testing.
Every feature was meticulously crafted with one question in mind: "Will this save printers time?"
