Widget Not Appearing on Product Page

Problem

The Tally upload widget doesn't show on product pages.

Solutions:

  1. Check theme block: Verify the "Tally Quoter" block is added to your product page template in the theme editor.
  2. Check item filtration: Ensure the product is enabled in Tally App > Item Filtration.
  3. Check product settings: Verify pricing is configured in Tally App > Item Settings.
  4. Clear cache: Clear your browser cache and Shopify's theme cache.
  5. Theme compatibility: Verify your theme supports Online Store 2.0 app blocks.

Widget Loading Slowly

Problem

The widget takes a long time to load or appears blank.

  1. Check internet connection: Slow connections can delay widget loading.
  2. Disable conflicting scripts: Other apps or custom JavaScript may interfere.
  3. Try incognito mode: Browser extensions can cause issues.

Image uploads fail or show an error message.

  1. Check file size: Maximum file size is 50MB.

Uploaded images appear blurry or show low quality indicator.

  1. Check original quality: Low DPI indicator means the source is low resolution.
  2. Use AI upscaling: Enable the AI upscale feature to enhance quality.
  3. Reduce print size: Smaller sizes have better quality from the same image.

Does Tally work with all Shopify themes?

Tally works with all Online Store 2.0 compatible themes, including Dawn, Spotlight, Sense, and most themes released after 2021.

Can I use Tally with multiple products?

Yes! You can enable Tally on as many products as you want. Each product can have its own pricing and settings.

What file formats does Tally accept?

PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, TIFF, AI, and PSD files. You can enable/disable specific formats in Settings.

Is there a limit on file size?

Maximum file size is 50MB per file. For larger files, compress or reduce resolution before uploading.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can uninstall Tally at any time from your Shopify admin. No long-term contracts.
